Richard Richard Leyva Munoz Ramirez labelled the Valley intruder as his incursions were first gathered in the San Gabriel Valley, infamously the Night Stalker and the Walk-in Killer was a kidnapper, serial murderer, a serial rapist, burglar and child molester whose crimes spree happened between June 1984 and August 1985 in California.

Ramirez was arrested and sentenced to death in 1989. He was born on February 29, 1960, in El Paso, Texas, U.S.He was on death row for 23 years before passing naturally on June 13, 2013.
