Richard Peter Lovato Jr. was conceived on September 9, 1992. He is the Philadelphia Eagles’ long snapper in the National Football League. (NFL). Lovato, the son of Rick and Maureen Lovato, was born in Neptune, New Jersey. At Middletown High School South in Middletown, New Jersey, he started long-snapping. He rotated between him playing defensive line and centre.

He participated in collegiate football at Old Dominion. The Chicago Bears signed Lovato as a free agent in 2015. He has previously played for the Green Bay Packers and the Washington Redskins.

Lovato represented the Old Dominion Monarchs in collegiate football from 2011 through 2014. He took part in all 50 games as the Monarchs’ long snapper. On October 25, 2021, the Eagles released Lovato from his contract in response to Reid Sinnett’s request for a waiver.

The Eagles added Lovato to their 53-man roster after his resignation was subsequently revealed the following day. On November 19, 2016, the Washington Redskins hired Lovato to fill in for the injured Nick Sundberg. In 2016, on November 29, he was let free.
