McCaffrey’s feat puts him ahead of O.J. Simpson and John Riggins, who had previously shared the record for the most touchdowns in a 15-game streak. Furthermore, he has 13 straight regular-season games in which he has scored a touchdown.

The all-time record in this category is held by LaDainian Tomlinson, who scored in 18 successive regular-season games from October 3, 2004, to October 16, 2005. He equalizes NFL record of seventeen held by Hall of Famer Lenny Moore.

Christian McCaffrey is a well-known American football running back who now plays for the San Francisco 49ers in the National Football League (NFL). He goes by his initials CMC. After playing collegiate football at Stanford, he was taken eighth overall by the Carolina Panthers in the 2017 NFL Draft.

Being a triple threat who can run and catch passes as well as block well, McCaffrey is highly renowned for his versatility.

McCaffrey received the AP College Football Player of the Year award in his sophomore year and was a nominee for the Heisman Trophy in 2015. His NCAA record of 3,864 yards for the most all-purpose yards in a single season is an impressive feat.
