Sarah Shulze cause of death, obituary, funeral, burial, memorial service

Sarah Shulze is an athlete on the University of Wisconsin track and cross country who passed away recently at the age of 21 years old. The report of her death was reported on April 15 by her family indicating she passed away two days earlier.

 

“Sarah took her own life,” the statement said. “Balancing athletics, academics and the demands of every day life overwhelmed her in a single, desperate moment.”

 

Sarah was a great athlete who gained a lot of recognition when she was alive. She was known to be a junior from Oak park in California where she competed in cross country earning an academic all-Big Ten honors in the year 2020 and 2021 for cross country.

 

The University of Wisconsin as well released a statement about the sad ending of the athlete.

 

“Sarah was a beloved daughter, sister, granddaughter, friend, teammate and Badger student-athlete,” the school said. “We extend our deepest sympathies and sincere condolences to Sarah’s family, friends and Badger teammates during this extraordinarily difficult time.”

 

Sarah was known to be the kind of athlete that was a stellar kind. Shultz led Oak Park High to a Coastal Canyon League title, a CIF-Southern Section Division 3 championship, as well as a runner-up finish in the CIF-State Division III championships during his senior season.

Sarah Shulze died from suicide. She self annihilated herself after balancing sports, school and a whole lots of demands. The report says she took her own life due to the high demands on her. She was overwhelmed in a single desperate period.
