Alexander Farber, better known as Sasha Farber, is an accomplished dancer of Australian and American descent. He is well known for his stints on “Dancing with the Stars,” where he first appeared in season 2 of the Australian version of the program in 2005 as a pro and troupe member. Before turning professional in 2013, he first joined the American edition in 2011 as a member of the DWTS Troupe. He began dancing when he was 13 years old, and he has also performed at the Sydney Olympic Summer Games in 2000. When he was 17 years old, Farber represented Australia at the World Latin Championships and won two Australian Youth Latin Championships. Additionally, he was a founding member of the cast of “Burn the Floor” on Broadway.
