Ghanaian dancehall musician Charles Nii Armah Mensah () said he will spend his hard earned money on his self before paying the government.

Addressing the issue about non payment of royalties to Ghanaian musicians, Shatta Wale made it clearly that he will buy house before paying taxes to the government.

According to him,the shows he plays and sponsorship deals are his royalties.

In a video on his Instagram story, he disclosed that, Mike Okraku Mantey being appointed as deputy minister of art and culture, can’t help them.

Therefore, the “” composure is the one who can help the music industry.
