From the University of Southern California, Sophie graduated with a degree in broadcast and digital journalism. Sophie covered the TODAY Show’s coverage of the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro and the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang before beginning her internship.
Flay has previously appeared in cameos on popular Food Network programs hosted by her father, including Beat Bobby Flay, Brunch @ Bobby’s, and Food Network’s Snapchat Discover.
