Multiple Award-winning Ghanaian Musician, Livingston Etse Satekla aka Stonebwoy, has spoken out against Shatta Wale’s anti-Nigerian rant.
Stonebwoy has quickly reversed his position in favor of Nigerians, having previously stated that Nigerians should also help songs from other African countries penetrate their media space.
Stonebwoy’s tweet came back hard after Nigerians began to chastise him and make him aware that he is an ungrateful artiste.
Isreal DMW, Davido’s manager, also fired Stonebwoy, claiming that Davido has done a lot for him and that he should repay him by supporting hate speeches against Nigerians.
In his recent tweet, Stonebwoy distanced himself from Shatta’s hate speech, saying, “I have been greatly misinterpreted On the thoughts I shared and its sad. Nigeria DO NOT owe any African country NO obligation.I Trust Ghana and Nigeria are the CLOSEST friends in Africa. Nothing can come between Us. May our differences continue to bond us tighter”.
