Tameka Yallop (born 16 June 1991) is an Australian professional football midfielder who currently plays for Brann in Norway’s Toppserien. She previously played for the WPSL Elite Boston Breakers, 1. FFC Frankfurt in the German Frauen-Bundesliga, and Nadeshiko League club in Japan. Mallbackens in the Swedish Damallsvenskan, Brisbane Roar in the Australian W-League, West Ham United in the FA Women’s Super League and Australian national squad member since 2007.
Tameka Yallop has represented the Young Matildas at several different ages. In 2007, she was a member of the AFC Women’s U-17 Asian Championship team, and in 2008, she was a member of the AFC Women’s U-20 Asian Championship team.
Yallop was a part of the Matildas’ Tokyo 2020 Olympic squad. The team progressed to the quarter-finals, triumphing over Great Britain, but were subsequently eliminated in the semi-finals by Sweden.
