Tanya, along with her sisters Rachel and Petra, began singing and performing music when they were very little. Tanya, however, gave up music in high school to focus on her art. Together with Tony Maxwell and Anna Waronker, Tanya Haden’s sisters later formed the band That Dog. Rachel worked on the bass guitar while Petra performed the violin.
