Ghanaian actor musician, music producer and sound engineer, Appiah Dankwah, popularly known as Appietus has disclosed that he sees no competent person who can replace Obour as the MUSIGA President.

Appietus who is respected across Ghana over his hard-work and legacy few years ago added that he has no intention of vying for the position and that he will lose if he tries mainly because Obour has changed the narrative commendably.

For now, if I tell you I can really tell you the competent musician who can succeed Obour then am lying…So far I don’t really know those who are vying for the position…so until I know all the aspirants and their manifestos, I can’t mention any name” – Appietus told Dr Who.

The Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA) will be going to the polls come June 26, 2019 with many showing interest in the seat currently being occupied by Obour.
