Tony Siragusa attended David Bradley High School in Kenilworth and college at the University of Pittsburgh where he played football for the football teams of both institutions.
Siragusa was undrafted to any NFL team, he was a free agent. However, he played for the Indianapolis Colt for twelve NFL seasons and also played for the Baltimore Ravens.
After his retirement in 2001, he was employed as a sideline reporter and analyst for Fox Network during NFL games but his appointment was terminated after the 2015 season.
Tony Siragusa is said to have died in his sleep on June 22, 2022, in Ortley Beach, New York.
