SeLFlo, a brave YouTuber who went by that name online, apparently committed himself after being recognized by the local police.

He was only 23 years old. A man reportedly committed suicide on Thursday, July 21 at around 5.30 am by jumping off a four-story building, according to The Hindu.

Indian officials in Saidabad were made aware of this event. Around 30,000 people were subscribers to SelFLo at the time of his passing.

He detailed his terrible life experiences, including having violent parents and maybe having been raped as a child, in a suicide note.

SeLFlo, a brave YouTuber who had long struggled with depression, killed herself. On July 21, early in the morning, SeLFlo, a 23-year-old YouTuber and producer of inspirational content, committed suicide.

He has struggled with depression for a while.

The Information Technology and Management (IITM) Gwalior student from Telengana, India reportedly committed himself by jumping off the top of his apartment building in Hyderabad.

SeLFlo had previously published a suicide note on his YouTube account, but it has now been taken down. He also tweeted his thoughts and a summary of the events of the last few years that had brought him to this point.

“No face but a voice, who loved to communicate with the community, who actually cared about the community—not like other channels—and who has desired to live a better life for the past five or more years but hasn’t been able to,” the note continues, “I am aware that, tragically, few people will remember me after I pass away because, as I have logically concluded, I am a news channel rather than a person. Although his original YouTube video is no longer online, other people have posted copies that are still accessible.
