At the age of 10, his father, who had previously served as the founder of the musical ensemble “Spiritual Singers,” which placed an emphasis on experiencing God through worship, encouraged him to pick up the guitar.
Prior to being fully called into the worship ministry by God in 2014, Dunsin studied industrial chemistry at the University of Ilorin in Kwara, Nigeria.
Dunsin has devoted his life to using the sounds that the Holy Spirit has given him to spread the God dimension. His passion is to worship Jesus and lead people to Him via music.
Over the course of more than 20 years, he has composed revelatory music, participated in choirs, and served as music director.
“Code Red,” “Kingdom Now,” “The Gospel of the Kingdom,” and “The Glory Experience – Songs of Zion” are among his four CDs. He worships all the time.
Dunsin Oyekan is a devoted spouse and parent. They were wed from February 2 till May 18, 2019, when the Lord raised Adedoyin Oyekan to glory. They are blessed to have two amazing children.
