From 1985 through 2002, Graham Skidmore, a British voice actor, and game show announcer, provided the narrator for the dating game show Blind Date.
His host Cilla Black gave him the moniker “Our Graham.” On the final season of the original series in 2002–2003, Tommy Sandhu took his place; on the revival of the show on Channel 5 from 2017–2019, presented by Paul O’Grady, Melanie Sykes took his place.
Skidmore also contributed voiceovers in a similar way to BBC2’s Shooting Stars starring Vic Reeves and Bob Mortimer.
He may be heard introducing the contestants and making the Series 1 through Series 5 award announcements. He also supplied the voices for a number of radio and television ads.
Graham made a live appearance on The Justin Lee Collins Show as part of the “Blast from the Past” segment.
