American TV personality and a podcast host Sophie works as a local correspondent for ABC7 and is famously recognized as the daughter of the well known chef Bobby Flay. In addition to owning and operating multiple eateries, including Gato in New York, Bar American in New York, Mesa Grill in Las Vegas, Bobby’s Burger in 19 locations, and Bobby Flay Steak in Atlantic City, Sophie’s father is the chief executive chef. Her parents first met on set when her mother Kate hosted his father on a Television program. The two fell for themselves and got engaged.

In 1995, Flay wed Kate Connelly making Kate his second wife. In 1998, Flay and Connelly split up and they later got divorced.
