Abigail Jo Shry, 43, of Alvin, was arrested on Wednesday, August 16, for allegedly threatening federal Judge Tanya Chutkan.

According to Newsweek, Abigail Jo Shry vowed to kill Judge Chutkan because she is presiding over the trial of former President Donald Trump.

Abigail Jo Shry is said to be eager to harm anyone who seeks to resist Trump. Donald Trump has been charged with attempting to meddle with the 2020 elections. He was also accused of instigating his supporters to invade the Capitol building on January 6, 2021.

What Did Abigail Jo Shry Do?

Abigail Jo Shry is a woman from Alvin, Texas, who hurled a racist epithet at U.S. District Judge Tanya S. Chutkan in a voice mail message.

Additionally, Abigail Jo Shry made a menacing statement about planning to eliminate Judge Chutkan and Representative Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX).

Abigail Jo Shry is under suspicion for leaving a voicemail in which she can be heard uttering the words: “If Trump doesn’t win the 2024 election, we will arrive to cause harm… You will be singled out on a personal and public level, along with your family – every aspect of it.”
