After Noel went missing on Friday near Everman, Texas, which is situated about 12 miles south of Fort Worth, the officials swiftly issued an Amber Alert.
The Everman Police Department believes that Noel’s mother, Cindy, is to blame for his absence. Authorities claim that Rodriguez-Singh is operating a grey 2012 Silverado with the Texas license tag PLS7091.
