Ximines sacked Carson Wentz twice in a 23-17 overtime loss to the Philadelphia Eagles on Monday Night Football in week 14. He also moved from defensive end to outside linebacker.

Ximines will be one of the Giants’ main pass rushers in 2020. After suffering a shoulder injury in Week 4, he was placed on injured reserve on October 9, 2020. On November 23, 2020, he was reinstated to the injured list and resumed working out with the team.

Unfortunately, he had shoulder surgery the following week to conclude his season. During the 2021 season, Ximines averaged 23 snaps per game while playing in a rotation.
