Dulin declined an Ashland invitation to compete in track and field and play collegiate football at Malone University. In his senior year, the final for Malone’s football program before it was discontinued, Dulin was once more voted the first team All-G-MAC and was also named the conference’s Offensive and Special Teams Player of the Year.
Dulin accomplished this while rushing for 120 yards and a touchdown on 13 carries, catching 61 catches for 984 yards and 11 touchdowns, and returning kickoffs for 836 yards and three scores.
