Davante Lavell Adams (born December 24, 1992) is an American football wide receiver for the National Football League’s Las Vegas Raiders (NFL). He attended Fresno State and was drafted in the second round of the 2014 NFL Draft by the Green Bay Packers. He has two sisters and a brother. Adams attended Palo Alto High School in Palo Alto, California, after moving from East Palo Alto. He led the Viking’s football team to a CIF state title as a senior two-way starter. He has 64 catches for 1,094 yards and 12 touchdowns and 44 tackles, including two for a loss, two forced fumbles, an interception, and four passes defended as a cornerback. He also played basketball and was rated as a two-star prospect. As a senior, he averaged 9.0 points, 5.8 rebounds, and 5.4 assists while lettering all four years. Fresno State, California, Hawaii, and San Diego State were all interested in him. Adams has agreed to play collegiate football.
