Chinese Testing Worldwide Co Ltd (CTI), a professional international Chinese education and examination service affiliated with the Center for Language Education and Cooperation and a member of Chinese Plus, administers the test.
The Confucius Institute at The University of Manchester became an official Test Centre for paper-based and computer-based HSK tests in October 2011. We are presently only offering online PC-based testing that you will take at home due to the COVID-19 epidemic. Please keep in mind that we can only provide 20 spaces per level for home-based PC testing, and these spots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
