He is known to be the defensive coordinator for the Washington Commanders of the National Football.
Aside from his caching side, he was also a player drafted by the New Orleans Saints in the third round of the 1985 NFL Draft.
He began his playing days at the University of Southern California where he played as a Linebacker.
When we come to his coaching career, Jack commenced his career as a coach in the year 1997 with the Saints. In the year 1999 he became part of the Baltimore Ravens as a linebacker coach, with the Baltimore Ravens, he was part of their Super Bowl XXXV win where they surpassed the New York Giants.
