Trent was a two-time Pro Bowl selection in 2003 and 2005, as well as a Super Bowl champion with the Rams in 1999.
He was born in Cedar Rapids but grew up in St. Louis, Missouri, where he attended St. John Vianney High School. He then enrolled at Indiana University and began playing football for the Indiana Hoosiers, the university’s football team.
