Detectives have detained six men in relation to the death of a man whose body was found in a wooded area.
Bereket Selomun, 20, was discovered dead with several stab wounds early on July 7 off Brittain Way in Stevenage, Hertfordshire.
Police reported that a sixth man had been held on suspicion of aiding an offender while five men had been detained on suspicion of his murder.
Police are holding six individuals, all of them are in their 20s.
Det Insp. Iain MacPherson said, “Despite these accusations, we are continuing our in-depth investigation into the circumstances surrounding Bereket’s death.
We ask anyone who witnessed what happened or knows more about it but hasn’t yet talked to the police to get in touch with us.
The police claim that Mr. Selomun came to England as a child from Eritrea before being granted asylum.
