Jason Di Tullio, a Canadian soccer player, and coach, started his professional career in 2002 with the Montreal Impact of the USL A-League. He eventually reached the USL First Division. As a young guy, he played soccer for the CS Rivière des Prairies team. He was born in Montreal, Quebec, Canada on January 6, 1984, and he still calls that city home.

 

The Canadian soccer player is known for his one and only career goal, which he scored on July 17, 2002, against the Vancouver Whitecaps. Di Tullio received Impact’s Unsung Hero Award for 2002 after his debut season. He also contributed to the team’s victory in the league title that year.

Following his fifth knee operation since 2004, which caused him to miss the entire 2007 season, he decided to retire in 2007 at the age of 23.

 

Di Tullio, who reportedly started 56 of his total 75 games for the Impact and had one goal and four assists, passed away on July 28, 2022, at the age of 38.
