Boris Johnson is a British journalist and politician. He was born in the United Kingdom on June 19, 1964. He served as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom and Leader of the Conservative Party between July 23, 2019, and September 5, 2022.

Boris Johnson was born in the Weill Cornell Medical Center on the Upper East Side of New York City, New York. He is the oldest of Stanley Johnson’s four children and the oldest child in general. Stanley was a Conservative Party member of the European Parliament in the past (Member of the European Parliament).

When did Boris Johnson enter Parliament?

Since 2015, Johnson has served as the Member of Parliament for the constituency of Uxbridge and South Ruislip. Between the years 2001 and 2008, he served as the representative for the Henley constituency.

He won the race for Mayor of London in 2008 and was subsequently chosen to serve as London’s second Mayor. He resigned from his position as mayor in order to launch his campaign for a seat in the House of Commons in 2015. Johnson was appointed to his position as Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs in July 2016.

In July 2018, he tendered his resignation from this job. On the same day of his resignation, Brexit Secretary David Davis handed in his resignation. After Johnson’s tenure, Jeremy Hunt was appointed to the position of Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs and Commonwealth Affairs.
