They were most popular in the late 1960s and early 1970s with their hit song “La-La (Means I Love You)”, they had other hits like “Didn’t I (Blow Your Mind This Time)”, “Break Your Promise”, “I’m Sorry”, and “Ready or Not Here I Come (Can’t Hide from Love)”.
The group is inside of two brothers William and Wilbert Hart, a best friend Randy Cain Ritchie Daniels, and a producer Thom Bell.
Their hit songs were mainly written by Willaim who was the lead vocalist and producer Thom Bell.
Their best friend Randy Cain died on April 9, 2009, at age 63. In 2020, William and Wilbert Hart celebrated their 55th anniversary in the music industry.
