The story of Jesus Christ is one as pure as the legacy he left behind is. He was conceived by a mother through unusual ways as his mother, The Virgin Mary, had never known any man in her life and his father, Joseph was a carpenter.
Word had already started making the rounds that a new child would be born and he would be the new King of Nazareth which didn’t sit well with the king at the time, Herod who was the ruler over the entire Judea. This King would put out the word for the execution of this newborn boy, Jesus and his desperation was such that he ordered the execution of all newborn male boys.
Where Did The Three Wise Men Come From?
The three wise men were the first to visit the newborn child who the prophecy says was going to be king of Nazareth to acknowledge him and pay their respect with gifts. The three wise men were from Persia, India and Arabia respectively.
