Where is Afro nation Ghana?

Following the great success of Afro Nation Portugal in July, the biggest Afrobeats festival in the world has announced the follow-up to 2019’s African debut event in Ghana (Afronation.com).

Afro Nation Ghana is pleased to call a location of cultural importance it is home. The group was established to unite the Black diaspora in a celebration of Black pleasure. At Marine Drive’s Black Star Square, where millions of people will also rediscover their historical ties to Accra and the entire African continent, the biggest names and up-and-coming talents will perform. Ghana will now host the festival’s gigantic new mainstage, which has greatly expanded since making its debut in Portugal in 2019.

It is the only stage of this calibre in West Africa and a crucial part of the live entertainment industry there. This stage’s establishment in Ghana and the transfer of Portugal’s excellent production standards to West Africa are just the first steps in what promises to be a promising new era for live events in the region. Afro Nation has always sought to improve the scene and musicians that originate from or are influenced by contemporary African music.
Afro Nation Ghana will work with and teach local teams to produce the show and promote as many local businesses as possible, promoting Ghana’s cultural and tourism industries. This is similar to how Afro Nation Portugal and Afro Nation Puerto Rico operate.
