Cesar Millan founded the Dog Psychology Center, a rehabilitation facility in South Los Angeles, with the goal of rehabilitating severely aggressive dogs before the start of The Dog Whisperer series (2002 to 2008). “Cesar’s Way” is one of Millan’s first three books, which have all achieved New York Times best seller status, sold two million copies domestically, and are also available in 14 other nations.
