Chad Patrick Kelly, is an American footballer, who plays as a quarterback, for the Toronto Argonauts in the Canadian Football League (CFL), he was born on March 26, 1994.
He participated in college football at Clemson and Ole Miss, and was named Mr. Irrelevant in 2017 after being taken by the Denver Broncos with the very last pick of the NFL Draught in the seventh round.
Kelly made a commitment to enrol at the University of Mississippi, where Hugh Freeze is the head coach, in December 2014. He was selected as the starting quarterback for Ole Miss in his first season.
Kelly participated in his debut game with Mississippi against UT Martin and completed 9 of 15 pass attempts for 211 yards and two touchdowns, in addition to a 20-yard rushing touchdown, on September 5, 2015.
He helped Ole Miss win at Tuscaloosa for the second time ever on September 19, 2015. He completed 18 of his 33 throws for 341 passing yards and 3 throwing touchdowns as No. 2 Alabama was defeated 43-37. Kelly had 6 touchdowns and 478 total yards against Arkansas on November 7, 2015.

Chad Kelly actually made the decision to move up north, more than a year after leaving the professional football scene. He currently signed a CFL contract with the Toronto Argonauts in the 2022 offseason.
