American writer Edward Michael Henry Jr. was born on July 20, 1971. Henry co-hosted America’s Newsroom on the Fox News Channel with Sandra Smith. On June 20, 2011, he left CNN to become the White House Correspondent for Fox News. Following a network investigation into allegations of sexual misconduct, which he denies, he was fired on July 1, 2020.

Henry was born on July 20, 1971, in the Astoria neighbourhood of the borough of Queens, New York City, the son of a dairy manager father and a bookkeeper mother.

Prior to the family moving to Long Island’s Deer Park, New York, he attended St. Joseph’s Grammar School.

Henry then attended St. John the Baptist Diocesan High School in West Islip. He graduated from Siena College in Loudonville, New York after majoring in English there. Henry began his career as a Jack Anderson employee.
For the WMAL Morning News and The Chris Core Show, two local radio shows on WMAL in Washington, D.C., he began providing political analysis in 2003.
While covering Capitol Hill for eight years, he contributed to Washingtonian as an editor and published the “Heard on the Hill” column for Roll Call.

From 2011 to 2012, he served as an associate trustee on the board of his alma mater, Siena College.

Where Is Ed Henry Now?

A senior White House reporter for CNN since December 2008, Henry started reporting the White House for the network in March 2006. Henry and Karyn Turk will co-host the Real America’s Voice TV weekday morning show starting in 2022.
