Filep Jacob Semuel Karma was a West Papua independence activist. On 1 December 2004, he helped raise the Morning Star flag at a ceremony in Jayapura, for which he was charged with treason and given a fifteen-year prison sentence.
He was born with an endowed personality but later has the greatest transition in life. He was known to be an Indonesian by nationality and however, had his birth city and home city be Biak. His date of birth is on the 15th day of August, in the year 1959.
He had his education at the Asian Institute of Management and had been the best graduate, noted from an authentic source. He had a good personality helping his own mates. He was never a bad image as seen these days, however, Semuel is known to be a very easygoing person.
