Looking at one of their son Cooper’s final photos, Justin Ross Harris’ ex-wife Leanna Taylor started crying while testifying in his murder case this morning.
Justin Harris has been accused of murdering Cooper, a 22-month-old child who passed away on June 18, 2014.
After having sat in Harris’ locked SUV in the Atlanta area for around seven hours.
It was a day with low 90s temperatures there.
Cooper was in the vehicle when Harris departed that morning for the Home Depot corporate office, according to the police.
Harris went inside, leaving Cooper in the vehicle.
After lunch, Harris returned to his car to store something before returning to his job.
Almost five weeks of research, which was reported on by the national media,
Ross Harris was given a life sentence without the possibility of parole after being found guilty of intentional murder and other crimes on November 14, 2016.
He is detained in Oglethorpe, Georgia’s Macon State Prison.
