The prosecution believes that Rob Hall killed Emmett Corrigan in March 2011 by waiting for him in the parking lot of a Walgreens in Meridian, Idaho, and then shooting him in the forehead and the heart.
Hall was the only one who saw what happened, and she was involved in a relationship at the time with both the person who committed the crime and the victim.
In her testimony, Hall stated that she has a personal stake in the outcome of this case and that she does not intend to end her marriage to Rob Hall at any point in the foreseeable future.
In light of the aforementioned information, the prosecution has been granted permission to interrogate her in a manner that deviates from the standard protocol and treat her as an adversarial witness.

Kandi Hall entered a guilty plea to the charge of grand theft and was given a sentence that carried a maximum of 14 years in prison.
