Vittert worked for Fox News from 2010 to 2021, first as a newscaster and subsequently as a foreign correspondent based in Jerusalem. Vittert served as a guest host on America’s Newsroom, Happening Now, and Fox & Friends, among other programs.
In the 2000s, Leland Vittert worked as a reporter for Orlando, Florida’s WFTV-TV and Denver, Colorado’s KDVR-TV, where he also hosted the weekend news. At WMTV-TV in Madison, Wisconsin, KATV-TV in Little Rock, Arkansas, and KNWA-TV in Fayetteville, Arkansas, Vittert also held positions.
