Both of Ricch’s first mixtapes, Feed Tha Streets (2017) and Feed Tha Streets II (2018), were well-received, and loved by fans. Ricch collaborated with Hit-Boy on Nipsey Hussle’s record “Racks in the Middle” in 2019, which won Nipsey Hussle the Grammy Award for Best Rap Performance, as well as Mustard’s Grammy-nominated single “Ballin’,” which peaked at number 11 on the Hot 100.
Ricch released his debut album, Please Excuse Me for Being Antisocial, via Atlantic Records and Bird Vision Entertainment, on December 6, 2019.
It debuted at the top of the Billboard 200, making it his first record to reach that position. It gave birth to the Hot 100’s number-one single “The Box,” for which he was awarded a diamond certification by the RIAA, as well as the top ten single “High Fashion,” which also featured Mustard. Ricch’s appearance on DaBaby’s song “Rockstar” later in the year led to the song becoming his second number-one smash on the Hot 100. On December 17, 2021, he released Live Life Fast, his second studio album.
