Leonard had a team-high nine tackles in Week 8’s game against the Detroit Lions and sacked quarterback Matthew Stafford in a strip sack, which the Colts recovered to help them win 41-21.

Leonard had a team-high 15 tackles (13 solos) in Week 9’s loss against the Baltimore Ravens (24-10); he also recovered a fumble that DeForest Buckner had forced on Gus Edwards. In Week 12’s 45-26 loss to the Tennessee Titans, Leonard had a team-high 14 tackles and one quarterback sack.

Leonard led the club in tackles in Week 15’s contest with the Houston Texans (15), and he also got wide receiver Keke Coutee to fumble, which the Colts recovered to secure a 27-20 victory.
