He claimed that he was immediately impacted by Elvis. When he was just eight years old, he began performing professionally in front of the jukebox for money.
American musician Joe Michael “Dusty” Hill played bass for the rock group ZZ Top for more than 50 years. He played the keyboards and sang lead and background vocals as well.
Hill was born in Dallas, Texas, and started playing music with his brother Rocky Hill when he was a little boy.

Unfortunately, Dusty suffered from a series of illnesses and others. He passed away peacefully while sleeping. Dusty was known to be buried at the Forest Park, thus the woodland cemetery.
