Jesse Anderson first got married to Debra Ann Eickert in 1981 and got divorced in 1985. In the same year Anderson divorced Debra, he got married to Barbara E. Lynch, whom he murdered in 1992 by stabbing. On April 21, 1992, Anderson stabbed Barbara five times in the head and face after the couple came back from a movie and dinner.
Jesse Anderson was convicted of first-degree murder and sentenced to sixty years imprisonment with no chance of parole. On November 30, 1994, Anderson was killed by Cheistopher Scarver, a fellow inmate at the Columbia Correctional Institution.
