After the football, Ramsey went to the parking garage to head home in his Bronco. According to the police report, when Ramsey was about to leave, a Subaru “got in his way” in front of his car. When that happened, the Subaru got in contact with the front passenger side tire of Ramsey’s Ford.
According to the police report, Ramsey alighted from his ford, grabbed the Subaru owner and started throwing body blows at the owner of the Subaru.
