According to police, Sapirman came to Greenwood Park Mall armed with two rifles, a handgun, and more than 100 rounds of ammunition.
He allegedly fired twenty bullets before being shot and killed by 22-year-old Elisjsha Dicken with a 9-millimetre pistol.
Dicken was “lawfully carrying” his handgun while out shopping with his girlfriend, according to Ison, and he is helping with the inquiry.
