According to the notice, Shaina Davis, a 31-year-old woman, forced Kyaira Montgomery into a silver 2021 Honda Insight.
They were last seen in Maywood going north on First Avenue around 9:50 a.m. The vehicle’s Illinois license plate number is CQ69619.
Davis is allegedly the target of a protection order, according to police, who did not disclose their affiliation.
According to authorities, Kyaira is 3 feet tall and was last seen by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services sporting a pink top and maroon bottoms.
