Born on August 20, 1993, Nick Vigil is an American football linebacker currently playing for the Minnesota Vikings in the National Football League (NFL). Vigil’s journey to the NFL began during his college years at Utah State, where he excelled as a linebacker. His outstanding performance caught the attention of the Cincinnati Bengals, who selected him in the third round of the 2016 NFL Draft.
Vigil’s professional career kicked off with the Cincinnati Bengals, where he showcased his skills and versatility as a linebacker. His journey continued with stints at the Los Angeles Chargers, Minnesota Vikings, and most recently, the Arizona Cardinals. Known for his tenacity on the field, Vigil signed with the New York Jets in August 2023 but was subsequently released, only to return to the Minnesota Vikings’ practice squad at the end of the month.
Throughout his career, Vigil has demonstrated his prowess on the field. From impactful tackles to crucial interceptions and fumble recoveries, he has consistently proven his value as a linebacker.
