According to a Goodyear Police Department news release, Richard Romo, 44, was detained near the neighborhood where Dylan Buensuceso was injured while riding his bicycle.
According to police, Romo was taken to the Goodyear Police Department for questioning. He is now facing two charges for failing to remain at the scene of the accident.
