Daniel was born on March 14, 1984, in Aberdeen, the United Kingdom to Jim Crenshaw and Susan Carol Crenshaw.
He attended Colegio Nueva Granada in 2002, Tufts University in 2006, and Havard Kennedy school in 2018.
