Tya Posley was allegedly subjected to punitive measures by the Sanford Police Department on Tuesday morning.

Tya Posley, a mother of a one-year-old daughter, was arrested in Florida. Following the discovery of a viral video of Tya Posley by police, she was arrested.
The arrested mom is shown abusing and abusing her own daughter in the viral footage. This video eventually became viral on social media.
Child abuse allegations have been filed against the arrested mother. The Seminole County Sheriff’s Department took her into custody. Her bond was set at $2000, and she was released.
Tya Posley will also appear in court on June 7, 2022. While her daughter is in the care of Child Protective Services, she continues to live with her mother (CPS).
