Who Owns BMW?

BMW was first owned by Camillo Castiglioni, Franz Josef Popp, and Karl Rapp, who are the founders. BMW is currently a public company with Stefan Quandt being the one with the highest stock of 29% followed by Sussane Klatten with 21% stock.

Oliver Zipse is currently serving as the chairman of the Board of Management and Norbert Reithofer being the chairman of the advisory board.
