The group is known to be an international hearing healthcare company that deals with the activities of hearing aids, personal communication, and audiometric equipment. It was founded in the year 1904, and since the year 2017, it has amassed 16.22 billion. It was first formed or founded by one Hans Demant with the name Oticon. Then in the year 1910 when he passed away, his son by the name William Demant took over from his dad.
